This purchase was perfect from start to finish. I contacted Adam on a Sunday and he got back to me the same day so it started well. He insisted that I made an appointment to see the vehicle which meant he could be there to answer any questions that I had, so it was a real one-to-one service. I bought a welfare van from him which was exceptional in every way being even better than the Autotrader description and at an amazing price (I spent more than I intended but it was too good to miss). Adam was open, completely honest and answered every single question without hesitation. Although I am not mechanically minded (but I am a lawyer so naturally cautious!), I felt completely confident in my purchase; so much so that I did not think a separate inspection of the vehicle was necessary. Before collection, Adam insisted on giving it a 12 month MOT and replacing a damaged panel. Having now had the van for 5 days, it is amazing.
The icing on the cake - which made me feel a very valued customer - was the lovely bouquet of flowers which harked back to the old days of buying a car. Just WOW Adam and thank you so much.
Needless to say, I can't recommend Adam and Rivendell Cars highly enough. I shan't be looking elsewhere when I sell or purchase a vehicle again (I mean, why would I?) and I will be recommending the business as often as I can to friends and family.
